Leigh Kaminsky is a fantastic realtor! She was our buyer's agent as we moved across the country and purchased a home in Joppa, MD. Leigh went the extra mile for us, meeting with us and touring houses with us virtually. She was very thorough explaining how purchasing a home in MD works, which was not always the same as where we moved from. She was with us every step of the way, working with the selling agent for the home we put on contract on, and the agent selling our home, as we lost the buyer for our house and worked to get a new one. It was a complicated experience and Leigh never made us feel we were a bother. Throughout the entire process Leigh was extremely professional, kind, patient, thorough, and helpful. Leigh was awesome! We were relocating from NY and really didn't know the area. We told her what we wanted and she found the options available, which were few. She put our needs ahead of her own, never letting anything get in the way of our timeline....though we never asked her to do that, we appreciated it all the same. My favorite thing about working with Leigh, is that she will never try to sell you a house. I never felt like I was getting just the good side of homes or a sales pitch on how great this home would be and how happy we would be here.
